Our Martial Arts Centre has ample parking in a central location.

Sensei Frank is a fantastic member of our team! Here is what he had to say:

‘’Hello, my name is Frank.

I am 25 years old and have been training in Martial Arts for ten years. Some of the styles I have trained in include; Mixed Martial Arts, Krav Maga, Ju Jitsu & Muay Thai. I am also a level 3 Self-Defence Instructor.

I have recently transitioned out of the military, where I served for 5 years. Now I’m fulfilling my passion to teach Martial Arts with Nippon UK.

I love how every day is different, from the freedom to train and develop students skills, as well as my own. I currently run two classes for Nippon UK. The first is a Mixed Martial Arts class, teaching a mixture of five different styles, so you can learn all those amazing fight scenes like in the movies! The second is the FightFit class which is purely fitness-based where you will be pushed to your limits but the results will speak for themselves!

All of our classes welcome all skill levels including beginners, and our dojo prides itself on creating a friendly and welcoming environment.’’
