Ages 5+ beginner to brown/white belt inclusive Traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu

Traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu for adults. All levels welcome!

Weapons classes for those who train in the Ju Jitsu classes beforehand. Tuition with a wide variety of training weapons.

Children ages 5+

Children’s Sparring Classes. Extra 30 minute sessions for Sparring in the Ring room. For those who want to participate, the cost will be £4.00. This is in addition to the regular Kickboxing classes, therefore your child would need to attend the 18:00-19:00 sessions to be eligible. When you arrive, just let the instructor know if your child is staying for both sessions.

Teens and Adults 13+

Ages 5+ for beginners to brown/white belt inclusive
